We have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee against any defects in quality or workmanship for the life of your photographs or photographic products. If there is ever a problem with the quality or craftsmanship of a product you ordered contact our office at 219-746-3553 or by email at fitz4image@att.net  and we will be happy to replace the item at our expense.

Personal Service

For customers living in the Chicagoland area we offer FREE in home consultations. If you need help determining the size photograph you need or would like to see the image in your home or office we will be happy to bring the image to you. We also offer to personally deliver Highline Plaque orders over $250 and hang your photograph for you at no charge. If you order a Highline Plaque online the system automatically charges shipping. However if you live in the Chicagoland area we will refund the shipping charges to you when we personally deliver your order. The only way not to be charged shipping when you place an order is to place a phone order. Call 219-746-3553 Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm central time to place a phone order.

Order Online or by Phone

To order online, follow the easy instructions found in the products section located on the home page. To place orders by phone contact our office Monday - Friday between 9am –5pm central time. Customers will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received along with an invoice total and approximate delivery date.

Shipping & Production Times

All products are made to order. Please allow the following times for delivery of your order. Archival Prints take 7days, Stone Mounted Photographs 14 days and Highline Plaques take about 4 weeks for delivery. If you need an order expedited please contact our office and we will do our best to get it to you by the deadline.

We determine the best way to ship your order to you without damage via either UPS or USPS.  Additional shipping charges will apply for customers requesting UPS Next Day delivery or Second Day delivery, contact our office for exact costs.

Sales Tax

Indiana residents pay 7% sales tax. There is no sales tax on out of state orders.

Payments

We accept major credit cards, MC, Visa and Discover card. If you would like to place an order and pay by check please call our office at 219-746-3553 or email fitz4image@att.net to place your order. Send checks to Outdoor Adventure Photography 1328 Lakeview Dr, Schererville, IN. 46375. Please reference your order when you send in the check. Once your payment has been received your order will ship. With this method of payment your order maybe delayed up to 5-7 days while we wait for payment.
